# Product List | View, Search, and Manage All Products

> Use the Product List page in Kuvera Arc to view, search, filter, import, export, add products, and organize your full inventory catalog.

The Product List page is the central workspace for managing products in Kuvera Arc. Use it to view your catalog, search and filter records, add products manually, import products in bulk, create subcategories, export data, and open detailed product records.

## Access Product List

## Page layout

The Product List page is divided into a category panel and product management area.

## Product categories panel

The category panel shows product categories and product counts. Use the category search bar to find a specific category quickly.

Default categories may include:

* All Categories
* Raw Materials
* Finished Goods
* Clothing
* Smart Electronics
* Health
* Computer & Accessories
* Grocery
* Skincare

  Selecting a category filters the product records shown in the product table.

## Product listing actions

The top-right area shows the **Product Listing** title, the total products in the current view, and quick actions.

Use the table tools to find, narrow, export, and manage product records.

## Product table columns

    Unique code that identifies the product.

    Product name as it appears across Kuvera Arc.

  <Card title="Stock Status" icon="boxes-stacked">
    Current stock availability status.
  </Card>

  <Card title="VAT Percentage" icon="percent">
    Tax rate applied to the product.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Item Count" icon="calculator">
    Available quantity or item count in stock.
  </Card>

  <Card title="View" icon="eye">
    Opens the full product details page.
  </Card>

## Filter products

The product table shows key product information at a glance.

Use **Filter Data** to narrow product records based on the conditions you need.

    Show products added within a selected period.

    Filter by current inventory availability.

    Shows products that are currently available in stock.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Low Stock">
    Shows products that have fallen below the defined stock threshold.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Moderate Stock">
    Shows products with a moderate level of available stock.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Out of Stock">
    Shows products that are currently unavailable because quantity is zero.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="No Stock">
    Shows products with no stock record or no available quantity on file.

## Export product data

Use **Export Data** to download product records for reporting, backup, or external analysis.

    Exports only the products currently visible on screen, including any active filters.

    Exports all product records, or all records within a selected date range.

## View product details

Use the **View** action to open the full product details page.

The product details page opens with the configured information for that product.

## View inactive products

Open the **Options** menu on the product table and select **View Inactive Products** to display products that have been disabled or deactivated.

## Add subcategories

Product subcategories help organize products inside a main category. Use them when you need clearer grouping, filtering, or reporting.

<Warning>
  Do not create subcategories unnecessarily. Too many small groupings can make inventory harder to navigate and maintain.

    Enter the subcategory name, select the parent category, and add an optional description.

    **Name** — Name of the subcategory, such as Men Shirts, Organic Skincare, or Gaming Accessories.

    **Parent Category** — Main category where the subcategory will appear, such as Clothing, Skincare, or Electronics.

    **Description** — Short explanation of what type of products belong in the subcategory.

## Import products

Use **Import Items** to upload multiple products at once using a spreadsheet file. This is useful when migrating data, onboarding a large catalog, or reducing repetitive manual entry.

## Access the import page

## Import workflow

<Steps>

    Upload your product spreadsheet file. Supported formats are **CSV**, **XLSX**, and **XLS**.

    Match the column headers in your spreadsheet to the required fields in Kuvera Arc.

    Verify that spreadsheet values are correctly connected to the appropriate product fields.

    Complete the import to add product data into inventory.

  Click **Download Sample** if you are unsure about the required spreadsheet structure. Using the sample format helps prevent import errors.

## Add a product manually

Use **Add Items** to create one product and define how it behaves across inventory, sales, purchasing, and reporting.

## Required product information

Complete the required fields before saving a product.

    The category the product belongs to, such as Clothing, Electronics, or Grocery.

    The base unit used to measure the product, such as Piece, Kilogram, or Liter.

    The applicable tax rate for the product, such as No Tax or 13% VAT.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Valuation Method" icon="calculator">
    The method used to calculate inventory value, such as FIFO or Weighted Average Cost.

## Product options and details

<Tabs>

    Product options control how the product behaves in the system.

    * **Product Has Variants** — enable this if the product has variations such as size, color, material, or packaging
    * **Product Is Sellable** — enable this if the product is available for sale to customers
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Pricing and Product Information">
    Define product cost, selling price, discount mode, supplier, retail price, wholesale price, and reorder level.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Alternate Units">
    Use alternate units when a product can be handled in more than one unit of measurement.

    Example: `1 carton = 24 pieces`
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Inventory Control">
    Define stock behavior and lifecycle settings, including warranty period and minimum stock level.

## Add secondary units

## Save the product

  Incomplete or inaccurate product setup can affect inventory accuracy, sales records, purchase planning, and reporting. Configure each product carefully before saving.
