# General Information | Organization Details in Kuvera Arc

> Use the General Information section in Kuvera Arc to view your organization's name, VAT number, currency, fiscal year, date format, and system language.

General Information gives you a quick view of your organization's core setup details in Kuvera Arc. Use this section to confirm account-level settings such as organization name, VAT number, default currency, active fiscal year, date format, and system language.

  General Information is a read-only reference view. It shows live values from your system configuration but does not allow direct editing.

## What General Information shows

The right panel displays your organization's key configuration values.

    Registered organization name configured in the system. This may appear on invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other printed documents.

    Date display format used across the interface and printed documents, such as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY.

    Currency used by default across transactions, records, and financial reporting.

    Active fiscal year used to organize transactions, reports, and financial records.

## Access General Information

## Read-only behavior

General Information is designed as a reference section. You cannot edit the displayed fields directly from this page.

## Updating displayed information

If you need to change a value shown in General Information, update it from the appropriate configuration module or contact your system administrator.
