# Manage Your Kuverabooks Subscription Plan and Billing

> View your current Kuverabooks plan, review available subscription tiers, and manage upgrades or renewals from the Plans and Subscription section.

Plans and Subscription gives your organization a clear view of its Kuverabooks subscription. Use this section to review the active plan, purchase date, expiry date, payment details, and current subscription status.

## Access Plans and Subscription

    Go to the bottom of the left navigation panel and click **Settings and Profile**.

## Current subscription details

The Plans and Subscription page shows the details of your organization's active plan.

    Date the current subscription expires.

    Current state of the subscription, such as Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Payment Method" icon="money-bill-transfer">
    Payment method used for the subscription purchase.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Payment ID" icon="hashtag">
    Transaction reference or payment identifier associated with the subscription purchase.

  Monitor the **Expires On** date closely. Set a reminder before expiry to avoid interruption to Kuvera Arc access.

## Plan features and limits

Kuverabooks subscription tiers may vary based on business size, operational needs, and support requirements.

## Upgrade your plan

Upgrade your plan if your organization needs more users, additional branches, extra modules, or higher-tier features.

## Renew your subscription

Renew before the expiry date to maintain uninterrupted access to Kuvera Arc.

    Reach out to the Kuverabooks support team ahead of the expiry date to arrange renewal.

    After renewal is processed, return to Plans and Subscription to verify the updated expiry date and status.

  If your subscription expires, access to Kuvera Arc features may be suspended or restricted until renewal is completed. Contact support early if your expiry date is approaching.

## Membership support

Use membership support for subscription, payment, billing, or plan-related questions.
