Why alerts matter

Pending payments and unresolved transactions can distort real cash positions and financial summaries.
Workflows can stall when transactions remain incomplete or awaiting approval.
Financial and inventory reports may show inaccurate figures until pending transactions are resolved.
Low stock can stop sales if items run out before replenishment.
Stockouts can delay fulfillment and affect customer trust.
Frequent low-stock alerts may indicate weak replenishment planning or incorrect stock thresholds.
Delaying action on pending transactions or low-stock alerts can create mismatches across accounts, inventory records, financial reports, and customer fulfillment.

Key takeaway

This section is built for action. When items appear here, review them and complete the required follow-up in the relevant module.
If this section is left unattended, small unresolved issues can grow into larger problems across sales, finance, inventory, and customer experience.
