The Inventory module in Kuvera Arc is the operational backbone for product and stock management. Use it to manage product setup, stock corrections, material movement, and barcode tracking from one centralized workspace.

What Inventory manages

Inventory is the source of truth for product and stock data used across sales, purchase, and finance workflows.

Product setup

Create, organize, and manage product records used across sales, purchases, and stock operations.

Stock adjustments

Update stock levels when mismatches, damage, or manual corrections are required.

Material transfers

Move stock between branches, warehouses, or internal locations.

Barcode management

Generate, map, and manage product barcodes for tracking and scanning.

The Inventory module acts as the source of truth for product and stock data. Other Kuvera Arc modules depend on accurate inventory records.

Access Inventory

1. Open the left navigation panel

   Go to the left navigation panel inside Kuvera Arc.

2. Click Inventory

   Click Inventory to expand the section and reveal its sub-sections.

3. Choose a sub-section

   Click any Inventory sub-section to open its dedicated page in the main content area.

Product List

View, search, organize, filter, import, and manage all product records in the system.

Product Units

Define and manage units such as pieces, kilograms, liters, boxes, or other measurement types.

Product Attributes

Create attributes such as size, color, material, or custom properties used to describe products.

Variant Products

Manage products with multiple variations based on attributes, such as size or color.

Adjust Inventory

Manually correct stock quantities when system records do not match physical stock.

Create Inventory Adjustment

Create an inventory adjustment record for review, approval, and stock correction.

Material Transfer

Move stock between warehouses, branches, or internal locations.

Barcode Management

How navigation works

Each Inventory sub-section opens a dedicated page for a focused inventory task. You can move between sub-sections from the left navigation panel.

Independent pages

Inventory pages can be opened independently. For example, you can open Adjust Inventory without first opening Product List.

Shared data

Product, unit, attribute, and stock data connect across workflows, so accurate setup improves sales, purchase, and reporting accuracy.
