Kuvera Arc notifications keep you informed about important activity across your business modules. Use notifications to review pending actions, approvals, stock changes, transaction updates, and other system-generated events.

Notification types

Notifications can include updates related to:

Pending actions

Review actions that may require follow-up, approval, or user attention.

Transactions

Track activity related to purchase, sales, inventory, and other business documents.

Stock updates

Stay informed about stock movements, low stock alerts, and inventory-related changes.

System events

Review other system-generated alerts and operational updates.

Review recent updates

The Notifications popup shows your most recent updates. Unread notifications are visually different from notifications you have already reviewed.

Mark all as read

Clear unread status from notifications in the list.

View all notifications

Open the full Notifications Detail Page for complete history and filtering.

Review read and unread items

View notifications you have already seen alongside new updates.
The popup shows a preview of recent notifications. Use the full Notifications Detail Page to filter by module, review older history, or see all notification activity.
Notifications are grouped or visually separated by read and unread status.
New notifications appear in real time or near real time as system activity occurs.
Click outside the popup to close it and return to your current page.
Actions taken in the popup, such as marking items as read, are reflected on the full Notifications Detail Page.

Notifications Detail Page

The Notifications Detail Page is the central place to view, filter, and manage notification history across modules such as Purchase, Sales, and Inventory.

Open the notifications popup

Click the Bell icon in the top navigation bar.

Select View all notifications

Click View all notifications at the bottom of the popup.

Filters

Located in the left panel. Use filters to narrow notifications by module and date range.

Notifications list

Located in the right panel. Review notifications that match the selected filters and active tab.

Filter notifications

Use the left filter panel to narrow which notifications appear in the list.

Module filter

Filter notifications by All, Purchase, Sales, or Inventory.

Date range filter

Select a start date and end date to show notifications from a specific period.

Clear filters

Use Clear All to reset active filters and return to the default notification list.

Filters apply immediately. The notifications list updates as soon as you select a module or date range.

  • Mark all as read — marks every visible notification as read.

Detail page behavior

Notification status is synchronized between the popup and the detail page. Changes made in either place are reflected in both.
Filters update the notifications list without requiring a page reload.
Notification records cannot be edited or deleted from this page.
The detail page keeps notification history so you can review activity over time.
Use the Notifications Detail Page when you need to track a specific approval, investigate a stock update, or review activity within a selected date range.
