Learn how to use the Enquiries Listing Page in Kuvera Arc to browse, search, and filter e-commerce customers who have shown purchase intent.
The Enquiries Listing Page helps you monitor customers who have shown purchase intent on your e-commerce website. Each enquiry represents a customer interaction such as adding products to a cart, starting checkout, or showing interest in a product.
Enquiry records are created automatically from e-commerce website activity. They represent purchase-intent interactions, not general contact messages.
The Enquiries table shows purchase-intent records from your e-commerce website. Each row represents a customer and the product interaction captured from the website.
Enquiries Listing Page
SN
Serial number of the enquiry record in the current listing.
Customer Name
Full name of the customer who showed purchase intent.
Phone Number
Customer phone number submitted through the e-commerce flow.
Customer Email
Customer email address.
Enquiry Date
Date the enquiry or purchase-intent record was created.
Product Code
Product code associated with the enquiry.
View
Opens the enquiry detail panel for the record.
The listing view is read-only. You cannot edit or delete enquiry records from this page.
Use the customer’s email address or phone number from the enquiry detail panel to contact them through your preferred channel.
Review missing product codes
A missing product code may mean the customer interacted before selecting a specific product, or product data was not captured during submission.
Understand enquiry vs. order
An enquiry captures purchase intent but does not mean the customer completed a purchase. Completed orders are tracked separately in the Sales module.
Prioritize high-value enquiries
Customers with large total quantities or high total prices may be strong immediate follow-up opportunities.
Enquiry details are read-only and reflect information submitted through your e-commerce website. If details look incorrect, verify the original website activity before follow-up.
