Log In to Kuvera Arc and Access the Main Dashboard

Learn how to sign in to Kuvera Arc with your registered credentials and reach the main dashboard to start managing your business today.

Kuvera Arc’s login page is the entry point to your cloud-based POS and business management workspace. This page walks you through signing in with your registered email address and password, and explains what to do if you run into trouble accessing your account.

Before you begin

Make sure you have the following ready before logging in:

• Your registered Kuvera Arc email address
• Your account password
• The correct Kuvera Arc login URL for your organization

Log in to Kuvera Arc

1. Open the login page

   Navigate to the Kuvera Arc login page in your web browser.

2. Enter your email address

   Type your registered email address into the Email field.

   

   Enter your registered email address

3. Enter your password

   Type your account password into the Password field.

   

   Enter your account password

4. Submit your credentials

   Click Submit to sign in.

   

   Submit the login form

Once your credentials are verified, Kuvera Arc redirects you to the main dashboard automatically.

After logging in

From the main dashboard you can:

• Access all operational modules from the left navigation panel
• Review dashboard insights and live business metrics
• Manage inventory, purchases, sales, and finance records
• Switch between any available system section at any time

Use the left navigation panel to move between major modules — Dashboard, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Reports, and Configuration — without leaving the main workspace.

Troubleshoot login issues

If you cannot sign in, check the common causes below before contacting support.

Incorrect email or password

Double-check the following before trying again:

• Your email address is spelled correctly and matches your registered account
• Your password is entered accurately, including any uppercase letters and special characters
• Caps Lock is turned off on your keyboard

If you are copy-pasting your password, make sure no extra spaces were included.

If your email and password appear correct but you still cannot log in, contact your system administrator. They can verify your account status and reset your credentials if needed.
