The Bank module in Kuvera Arc gives you a central place to manage internal bank account records tied to business payment activity. Because Kuvera Arc does not connect to real banking APIs, every bank record is maintained manually.
Bank accounts in Kuvera Arc are for internal record-keeping only . There is no automatic synchronization with real-world banks or external financial systems. All entries must be added and maintained manually.
Get started
Before you can access the Bank module, Kuvera Arc may display a system notice explaining that bank records are maintained internally.

Navigate to Finance
In the left navigation panel, click Finance .

Open Bank
Click Bank from the Finance menu.
Acknowledge the notice
Read the notice and click I Understand to continue.
After acknowledging the notice, you are taken to the Bank Listing Page.
Bank Listing Page
The Bank Listing Page shows every bank account created or imported into Kuvera Arc. Use it to review balances, search for accounts, filter records, export data, and open account details.
Bank ID Unique identifier assigned to each internal bank record.
Bank Name Internal account name or label used in Kuvera Arc.
Created On Date the bank record was added to the system.
Total Balance Balance recorded in Kuvera Arc. This is not synced from a real bank.
Action Opens the Bank Details Page for the selected account.
The data count indicator shows how many records are currently visible, such as 2 out of 10 . Use search and filters to narrow the list.
Create or import bank accounts
Kuvera Arc gives you two ways to add internal bank records.
Create a bank account
Import bank accounts
Use this method to add one account manually.
Open Bank
Go to Finance > Bank and accept the system notice if prompted.
Click Create New Bank
Select Create New Bank at the top of the listing page.
Enter bank details
Complete the required fields in the popup form.
Save the account
Click Create Bank to save the record.
Required. Enter the internal name for the account, such as Nepal Investment Bank — Operations Account .
Required. Choose the type of account, such as Saving Account or Current Account .
Optional. Add notes that help your team identify or understand the bank record.
Click Close to discard your input without saving. Click Create Bank to confirm.
Use this method to add multiple bank accounts from a spreadsheet.
Open Bank
Go to Finance > Bank and accept the system notice if prompted.
Click Import Bank
Select Import Bank at the top of the listing page.
Upload your file
Upload a CSV , XLSX , or XLS file. Use the sample file if you are unsure about the required structure.
Review detected headers
Kuvera Arc attempts to detect column headers from your file. Review them before continuing.
Map your fields
Match each uploaded column to the correct Kuvera Arc bank field.

Complete the import
Confirm the import. Successfully matched records are added to the Bank Listing Page.
What happens during import?
Unsupported file formats are rejected before processing.
Valid records are added to the bank listing.
The import does not affect external or real-world bank systems.
Imported data should be verified for accuracy.
What if my file has errors?
Rows with formatting issues or missing required fields may be skipped. Review the import summary, correct issues, and re-import if needed.
Search and filter records
Use search and filters to locate bank records quickly.

Search Type a bank name or keyword to filter results.
Bank ID Show records matching a specific bank identifier.
Created On Date Show records created within a selected date range.
Total Balance Show records whose balance falls within a minimum and maximum range.
To view deactivated bank accounts, open the options menu on the Bank Listing Page and select View Inactive Banks .
Combine the search bar with filters for more precise results when your account list grows.
Export bank records
Use export to download bank records for reporting, reconciliation, or documentation. Exporting does not modify records in Kuvera Arc.

From the Bank Listing Page, click Export Data .
Choose an export type
Select whether to export all records or only the currently visible records.
Select a file format
Choose XLSX , PDF , or CSV .
Download the file
Click Export Data to generate and download the file. Click Reset to clear selections.
Full Export
Current View Export
Downloads every bank account record in the system. Active filters and search terms are ignored.
Downloads only the records currently shown on the page, including active filters and search terms.
XLSX Export bank records for spreadsheet editing.
PDF Export bank records as a print-ready report.
CSV Export bank records for data tools or integrations.
Use Full Export for a complete unfiltered download. Use Current View Export when you want the export to match active filters.
Understand bank balances
Bank balances in Kuvera Arc represent manually entered or imported values. They are not pulled from real bank accounts.
Why balances do not update automatically
Kuvera Arc does not connect to real banking APIs. Balance updates must be maintained manually.
How to keep balances accurate
Reconcile Kuvera Arc bank records against actual bank statements on a regular schedule, such as weekly or monthly.
Using multiple bank accounts
You can create or import multiple internal bank account records. Each account has its own Bank ID, balance, account type, and description.
Use the Bank module to centralize internal bank records, maintain payment references, and support accounting and reconciliation workflows.
