Plans and Subscription gives your organization a clear view of its Kuverabooks subscription. Use this section to review the active plan, purchase date, expiry date, payment details, and current subscription status.
Plans and Subscription is a read-only reference section. To change, upgrade, or renew your plan, contact the Kuverabooks support team.

Open Settings and Profile

Go to the bottom of the left navigation panel and click Settings and Profile.

Select Plans and Subscription

From the left panel menu, click Plans and Subscription.

Review subscription details

The right panel displays your current plan and billing information.

Current subscription details

The Plans and Subscription page shows the details of your organization’s active plan.

Software Version

Version of Kuvera Arc currently deployed for your organization.

Software Plan

Active subscription tier assigned to your organization.

Bought On

Date the current subscription or plan was purchased.

Expires On

Date the current subscription expires.

Subscription Status

Current state of the subscription, such as Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired.

Payment Method

Payment method used for the subscription purchase.

Payment ID

Transaction reference or payment identifier associated with the subscription purchase.
Monitor the Expires On date closely. Set a reminder before expiry to avoid interruption to Kuvera Arc access.

Plan features and limits

Kuverabooks subscription tiers may vary based on business size, operational needs, and support requirements.
Plans may differ by the number of individual user accounts your organization can create and manage.
Plans may include different limits for branches or operating locations.
Some plans may include additional modules or advanced features, such as e-commerce management, advanced reporting, or multi-warehouse support.
Plans may include different support levels, from self-service documentation to direct or priority support channels.
Feature availability and plan limits are managed by the Kuverabooks team. Contact support if you need clarification about what your current plan includes.

Upgrade your plan

Upgrade your plan if your organization needs more users, additional branches, extra modules, or higher-tier features.

Review your current plan

Open Settings and Profile > Plans and Subscription and confirm your current plan, expiry date, and status.

Identify what you need

Determine what additional capacity or features your organization requires, such as more users, branches, or modules.

Contact support

Use Contact Support on the Plans and Subscription page, or open Help and Support, to discuss upgrade options.

Renew your subscription

Renew before the expiry date to maintain uninterrupted access to Kuvera Arc.

Check expiry date

Open Settings and Profile > Plans and Subscription and note the Expires On date.

Contact support before expiry

Reach out to the Kuverabooks support team ahead of the expiry date to arrange renewal.

Confirm renewal

After renewal is processed, return to Plans and Subscription to verify the updated expiry date and status.
If your subscription expires, access to Kuvera Arc features may be suspended or restricted until renewal is completed. Contact support early if your expiry date is approaching.

Membership support

Use membership support for subscription, payment, billing, or plan-related questions.

Subscription status issues

Contact support if your status looks incorrect or does not reflect a recent renewal.

Payment questions

Share your Payment ID when asking about a payment or billing discrepancy.

Plan details

Ask support to confirm available features, limits, or upgrade paths for your plan.

Renewal help

Get assistance renewing before your subscription expires.
If the subscription status, expiry date, or payment information appears incorrect, contact support immediately and include your Payment ID as a reference.

Best practices

Review the Expires On field regularly and set renewal reminders before the subscription expires.
Save the Payment ID for billing follow-up, reconciliation, and support conversations.
Check whether your current plan still supports your user count, branches, modules, and support needs.
Start upgrade or renewal conversations before access is affected.
Use Plans and Subscription as your reference point for plan status, billing details, renewal timing, and membership support.
