General Information is a read-only reference view. It shows live values from your system configuration but does not allow direct editing.
What General Information shows
The right panel displays your organization’s key configuration values.General Information section
Organization Name
Registered organization name configured in the system. This may appear on invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other printed documents.
Organization VAT Number
VAT registration number associated with your organization. Used for tax-related documents and compliance reporting.
Date Format
Date display format used across the interface and printed documents, such as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY.
Default Currency
Currency used by default across transactions, records, and financial reporting.
Current Fiscal Year
Active fiscal year used to organize transactions, reports, and financial records.
System Language
Language configured for the Kuvera Arc interface, including menus, field labels, and system-generated text.
Values shown here are pulled from live system configuration. If a setting is updated in the relevant configuration module, General Information reflects the new value.

Open Settings and Profile
Go to the bottom of the left navigation panel and click Settings and Profile.

From the left panel menu, click General Information.
