The Product List page is the central workspace for managing products in Kuvera Arc. Use it to view your catalog, search and filter records, add products manually, import products in bulk, create subcategories, export data, and open detailed product records.

Access Product List

Product List in the Inventory sidebar

Open the left navigation panel

Open the left navigation panel in Kuvera Arc.

Click Inventory

Click Inventory to expand the section.

Select Product List

Select Product List from the Inventory sub-sections.
The Product List page opens in the main content area.

Page layout

The Product List page is divided into a category panel and product management area.

Browse product categories and filter the product table by category.

Search, filter, export, import, add, and open product records.

The category panel shows product categories and product counts. Use the category search bar to find a specific category quickly.

Default categories may include:
  • All Categories
  • Raw Materials
  • Finished Goods
  • Clothing
  • Smart Electronics
  • Health
  • Computer & Accessories
  • Grocery
  • Skincare
Selecting a category filters the product records shown in the product table.

Product listing actions

The top-right area shows the Product Listing title, the total products in the current view, and quick actions.

Add Subcategory

Create a new subcategory under an existing product category.

Import Items

Upload multiple product records using a spreadsheet file.

Add Items

Create a new product manually.

Use the table tools to find, narrow, export, and manage product records.

Search

Find products by name, product code, or related product information.

Filter Data

Narrow products by date range, stock status, or VAT amount.

Export Data

Download product records for reporting or external analysis.

Access additional actions, such as viewing inactive products.

Product table columns

Product Code

Unique code that identifies the product.

Product Name

Product name as it appears across Kuvera Arc.

Stock Status

Current stock availability status.

VAT Percentage

Tax rate applied to the product.

Item Count

Available quantity or item count in stock.

View

Opens the full product details page.

Filter products

The product table shows key product information at a glance.

Filter Product Details

Use Filter Data to narrow product records based on the conditions you need.

Date range

Show products added within a selected period.

Stock status

Filter by current inventory availability.

VAT amount

Filter by applicable tax rate, such as No Tax or 13% VAT.
Shows products that are currently available in stock.

Export product data

Use Export Data to download product records for reporting, backup, or external analysis.

Export Data Options

Exports only the products currently visible on screen, including any active filters.

Excel

Export product records in spreadsheet format.

PDF

Export product records as a PDF report.

CSV

Export product records as comma-separated values.
You can reset export selections before downloading to clear date range or format choices.

View product details

Use the View action to open the full product details page. The product details page opens with the configured information for that product.

Find the product

Locate the product you want to review in the product table.

Click the eye icon in the View column.

View inactive products

Open the Options menu on the product table and select View Inactive Products to display products that have been disabled or deactivated.

Add subcategories

Product subcategories help organize products inside a main category. Use them when you need clearer grouping, filtering, or reporting.
Do not create subcategories unnecessarily. Too many small groupings can make inventory harder to navigate and maintain.

Broad categories

Use subcategories when a category contains many different product types.

Detailed reporting

Group products more precisely for reporting and analysis.

Cleaner filtering

Improve search and filtering by organizing similar products together.

Larger catalogs

Keep growing catalogs structured and easier to maintain.

Open Product List

Go to Inventory and open Product List.

Click Add Subcategory

Click Add Subcategory in the top-right action area.

Fill in the details

Enter the subcategory name, select the parent category, and add an optional description.

Save the subcategory

Click Save to create the subcategory.
Name — Name of the subcategory, such as Men Shirts, Organic Skincare, or Gaming Accessories.Parent Category — Main category where the subcategory will appear, such as Clothing, Skincare, or Electronics.Description — Short explanation of what type of products belong in the subcategory.

Import products

Use Import Items to upload multiple products at once using a spreadsheet file. This is useful when migrating data, onboarding a large catalog, or reducing repetitive manual entry.

Open Product List

Go to Inventory and open Product List.

Click Import Items

Click Import Items in the top-right action area.
You are redirected to the product import page.

Upload file

Upload your product spreadsheet file. Supported formats are CSV, XLSX, and XLS.

Match header

Match the column headers in your spreadsheet to the required fields in Kuvera Arc.

Match fields

Verify that spreadsheet values are correctly connected to the appropriate product fields.

Finalize

Complete the import to add product data into inventory.
Click Download Sample if you are unsure about the required spreadsheet structure. Using the sample format helps prevent import errors.
Bulk import is useful when adding a large product catalog, migrating from another system, onboarding many products quickly, or reducing manual entry.
Avoid incorrect column formatting, missing required fields, mismatched headers, duplicate records, and incomplete product data.

Use Add Items to create one product and define how it behaves across inventory, sales, purchasing, and reporting.

Required product information

Complete the required fields before saving a product.

Product Name

A clear name that identifies the product across the system.

Product Category

The category the product belongs to, such as Clothing, Electronics, or Grocery.

Primary Unit

The base unit used to measure the product, such as Piece, Kilogram, or Liter.

Product Tax

The applicable tax rate for the product, such as No Tax or 13% VAT.

Valuation Method

The method used to calculate inventory value, such as FIFO or Weighted Average Cost.

Product options and details

Product options control how the product behaves in the system.
  • Product Has Variants — enable this if the product has variations such as size, color, material, or packaging
  • Product Is Sellable — enable this if the product is available for sale to customers

Add secondary units

Open Alternate Units

Click the Alternate Units tab in the product form.

Click Add Secondary Unit.

Enter unit details

Enter the secondary unit, unit conversion factor, purchase price, and selling price.

To remove all secondary units, click Remove All Secondary Units.

Save the product

Review required details

Confirm that product name, category, primary unit, product tax, and valuation method are filled in.

Click Add Product

Click Add Product to save the product to inventory.

If required fields are missing, Kuvera Arc will not allow the product to be saved.
Incomplete or inaccurate product setup can affect inventory accuracy, sales records, purchase planning, and reporting. Configure each product carefully before saving.
