Manage and Organize Your Customer Records in Kuvera Arc
Create, import, categorize, and manage customer records in Kuvera Arc to power your sales orders, invoices, payments, and reporting workflows.
The Customers module is the central database for sales activity in Kuvera Arc. Before you raise a sales order, issue an invoice, or record a payment, create a customer record so sales documents and customer history stay organized.
The Customers module is core master data. Clean customer records flow into sales orders, invoices, payment tracking, and financial reports.
The Customers Listing Page is the command center for customer management. Use it to search, filter, export, control display count, view inactive customers, and open customer profiles.

Search customers
Find customer records by customer name.
Filter records
Narrow the listing by customer type, credit limit, or status where available.
Export data
Download customer records for reporting or external use.
Inactive customers
Toggle or open the inactive customer view when you need historical records.
Customer Types group customers into reusable categories. A type can include a discount percentage that applies during sales transactions for customers in that group.

Open Customers
Go to Sales > Customers.

Click Add Customer Type
Click Add Customer Type. The Customer Types management page opens.

Click Add New Customer Type
Click Add New Customer Type.

Fill in type details
Enter a Customer Type name and optionally set a Discount Percentage (%).

Save the customer type
Click Save Customer Type. The type becomes available when creating or editing customers.
Customer Type
Name of the category, such as Wholesale, Retail, or VIP.
Discount Percentage
Default discount applied to customers in this group during sales transactions.
Customer Types are reusable. Assign the same type to multiple customers. Changes to a type apply going forward for new transactions.
