The Inventory Adjustment page is where you monitor stock correction records in Kuvera Arc. Use this page to review adjustment history, track workflow status, search records, apply filters, export data, and open individual adjustment details.

When to adjust inventory

Create an inventory adjustment when actual physical stock does not match the stock quantity shown in Kuvera Arc.

Damaged products

Remove damaged or broken products from usable stock.

Expired items

Write off expired products that should no longer be counted as available stock.

Stock loss

Correct stock records after theft, shrinkage, or unexplained loss.

Stock count mismatch

Reconcile differences found during a physical stock count.

Manual correction

Align system stock with verified physical stock when records are incorrect.
Inventory adjustments should be created deliberately and reviewed carefully. Do not use adjustments as a routine replacement for purchase, sales, or transfer workflows.

Access Inventory Adjustment

Adjust Inventory in the Inventory sidebar

Open the left navigation panel

Go to the left navigation panel in Kuvera Arc.

Click Inventory

Click Inventory to expand the Inventory section.

Select Adjust Inventory

Select Adjust Inventory from the Inventory sub-sections.
The Inventory Adjustment page opens in the main content area.

Page layout

The Inventory Adjustment page includes the page title, the New Inventory Adjustment button, status tabs, table tools, and the adjustment records table.

New Inventory Adjustment

Start a new stock correction record.

Status tabs

View adjustment records by workflow stage.

Table tools

Search, filter, control display count, and export records.

Adjustment table

Review adjustment number, reason, status, creator, date, amount, and actions.

Status tabs help you focus on adjustment records by workflow stage.

Adjustment status tabs

Shows every inventory adjustment record, regardless of status.
Use Pending to review outstanding requests and In Draft to follow up on incomplete adjustment records.

Search and manage records

Use the page tools to locate, filter, export, and review adjustment records.

Adjustment table tools

Use the search bar to locate a specific inventory adjustment record by its reference number.
Click Filter Data to narrow records by date range, creator, or amount range.
  • Date range — show adjustments created within a selected period
  • Created by — filter by the user who created the adjustment
  • Amount range — filter by minimum and maximum adjustment amounts
Use the display count control to choose how many adjustment records appear per page.
Click Export Data to download adjustment records in XLSX, PDF, or CSV format.You can export all records or only the currently visible filtered view.

Unique reference number for the adjustment record.

Reason for Adjustment

Reason the stock correction was created.

Status

Current workflow status of the adjustment.

Created By

User who created the adjustment record.

Created At

Date and time when the adjustment was created.

Amount

Total monetary value of the adjustment.

Actions

Options for viewing or managing the adjustment record.

View adjustment details

Open an adjustment record to review the full correction details.

Find the adjustment record

Locate the required adjustment in the table. Use search, filters, or status tabs to narrow the list if needed.

Click the View icon

Click the View icon in the Actions column.

Review the full details

The Inventory Adjustment details page opens with products, quantities, rates, status, and related adjustment information.

Adjustment statuses

The adjustment has been started but not finalized or submitted for approval. Draft records can be edited, completed, and submitted when ready.
The adjustment has been submitted and is awaiting review by an authorized user. Inventory records have not yet been updated.
The adjustment has been reviewed and approved. Inventory records are updated once the adjustment reaches this status.
